Leadership Team

Meet the owners

2 Chics Logistics is led by two co-owners who bring decades of combined experience in food sourcing, logistics, and customer partnership.

Christina Rebhan

Christina Rebhan

Co-Owner

Christina Rebhan is the Co-Owner of 2 Chics Logistics LLC, where she combines more than a decade of experience in agricultural food sourcing, value-added reseller services, and logistics management with a passion for helping organizations access high-quality food solutions at the best possible value. Her mission extends beyond moving products from one location to another.

She is committed to creating sustainable, efficient supply chains that connect producers, distributors, and consumers while ensuring access to nutritious food.

Christina's "why" is rooted in service. She believes that food is one of the most essential resources in any community and that every organization, whether a correctional facility, school system, healthcare provider, or food service operation, deserves reliable access to quality products without sacrificing budget, nutrition, or integrity. This belief drives her approach to business and fuels her commitment to finding solutions where others see obstacles.

As a leader at 2 Chics Logistics LLC, Christina played a pivotal role in securing a significant subcontracting agreement with the Illinois Department of Corrections. The opportunity represented more than a business achievement. It was a chance to demonstrate how strategic sourcing and innovative supply chain management can positively impact thousands of individuals who rely on institutional food programs every day.

When market disruptions caused frozen protein prices to rise dramatically, many organizations faced difficult choices between increasing costs or lowering quality. Christina refused to accept either option. Drawing on her industry expertise and supplier relationships, she identified alternative protein solutions that delivered approximately 20% cost savings while maintaining taste, nutritional value, and product integrity. Her ability to balance financial responsibility with quality outcomes exemplifies the value she brings to every customer relationship.

Throughout her career, Christina has built her reputation on being a trusted problem solver. She understands that behind every purchase order is a customer facing operational challenges, budget constraints, and performance expectations. Rather than simply supplying products, she works as a strategic partner, helping clients navigate market volatility, identify efficiencies, strengthen procurement strategies, and create long-term value within their operations.

Her experience in agricultural food sourcing gives her a unique perspective on the journey from farm to table. She recognizes the importance of supporting producers while also ensuring that end users receive safe, nutritious, and cost-effective products. This understanding allows her to bridge gaps across the supply chain and deliver solutions that benefit all stakeholders involved.

Christina's leadership is guided by the belief that success is measured not only by contracts won or revenue generated, but by the positive impact created for customers, communities, and families. She approaches every opportunity with integrity, accountability, and a relentless commitment to delivering results.

Outside of business, Christina's greatest role is being a mother to her two sons. Watching them compete in collegiate hockey has reinforced many of the values she applies in her professional life: discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and resilience. Whether she is supporting her family, helping customers solve complex challenges, or enjoying a day on the golf course, Christina brings the same dedication, competitive spirit, and passion for excellence that have defined her career.

For Christina, logistics is not simply about transportation or procurement. It is about connecting people, creating opportunities, and ensuring that quality food reaches the tables of those who depend on it most.
